I’m semi-retired (I don’t believe in a lazy retirement!!) and actively interested in a wide range of subjects as the mood takes me. My journey has been one of appreciating the natural world, enjoying art, music, languages, buildings and continually learning and developing my abilities.
I was fortunate to be brought up in country and coastal regions of the UK. Spending much of my youth exploring our coasts, cliffs, fields, streams, ponds and woodlands. I developed a love and affinity with the outdoors as well as a respect for all things in the natural world.
As a teenager, I enjoyed helping out on local farms. Learned to drive and reverse tractors and trailers, help with cultivating and harvesting as well as dealing with livestock. My father, taught gardening and was also keenly interested in people, nature and wildlife. He dramatically helped my education and interest about the varied plants and natural world. I find looking at interesting colours and patterns in and around flowers, foliage, water, trees and fruit exciting.
It was obvious that my talents were more directed towards artistic and practical projects than to maths, physics or chemistry. I was lucky to have the opportunity to enjoy art, woodwork and metalwork lessons at school. Without doubt, these helped to form a grounding for my practical and design skills.
Continually interested in and supportive of our local areas and the greater environment. I’ve been physically active with local conservation trusts and fund raised for the WWF in the past too.
Join me and share more adventures with me as I develop new artistic style and create paintings and sketches of a multitude of images and subjects.

03. Want to get in touch?
I’m always looking for new challenges. If you think I’d be a good fit to help you move forward, let’s have a chat and see where it goes!
Pixel Perfectionist
I have an uncanny attention to detail. You’ll find it all throughout my work! I’m never really satisfied with the final result.
Expertly Trained
I studied art both at school and at Norwich City College. 6 further years of working in various architect’s offices on a broad range of projects.
Good Communicator
Communication is key, as they say! We’ll keep in regular contact about any projects we start.
Fair, Friendly Pricing
I like to work with each individual more than in a group but that is not set in stone. My artwork will always be priced fairly relevant to the amount of work and time invested.
Drop me a line!
I’m accepting new clients through the rest of the year. Please drop me a line and we’ll get started with your next project!
